Seasoned and successful musicians Elsten Torres and Carlos “El Loco” Bedoya launch their anticipated first album "Vámonos, Vámonos"as Los Damn Ramblers, a project that was born out of the simple joy and fun that making music represents for this dynamic duo.
Born by accident at Jorge Villamizar’s Blue Piano Bar in Miami when Elsten and “El Loco” where asked to perform as that night’s scheduled act was a no-show. The evening turned to more requests and as word spread out they soon became regular performers at the local bar scene. They then took their rockabilly act on the road to places such as Chicago, Costa Rica and Colombia.
The album contains 7 original tracks, which include their first single “Come Out of The Cold”, second single "Vámonos, Vámonos" and soon to be staple jewels such as “I Love you Two”, “Boogie Baby Boogie”, and “Pretty Boys”.
Elsten Torres aka “Fulano De Tal” is a 2x Grammy Nominated and BMI award winning singer-songwriter/musician/producer. Born in Havana, Cuba, raised in New York City and living in Miami, Elsten has a vast domestic and international fan base.
An accomplished artist that has reached Billboard’s top ten charts over six times including a #1 hit for 5 weeks, he is also a leading voice and exponent for the rich South Florida artistic community.
Carlos ‘Loco’ Bedoya is a producer, composer, mixing and audio engineer for a wide variety of music and video formats. He has worked on the American market for over 15 years, collaborating with several worldwide known artists in the height of their careers.
His credits encompass all kinds of genres, from Latin and Rock to Hip Hop, enjoying the chance to work with artists such as Beyoncé, Missy Elliott, Weezer, Mick Jagger, Sean Paul, Enrique Iglesias, Ricardo Arjona and Daddy Yankee. His work has been acknowledged with multiple awards and nominations for the Grammys and Latin Grammys, including several multi-platinum albums and singles.
